Brief Introduction

Developing from SCPDI Project management & Supervision Department, shandong Zhengda Project Management and Supervision Co. Ltd. was originated in Sept. 1992, and was reorganized as limited liability company in Jul. 1997. Since then, it has been engaged in project management and supervision for chemical and petrochemical industries. In 1998, the company was awarded “Certificate of Conformity of Quality System Certification GB/T 19002-1994 idt ISO 9002:1994”.

Since 1992, Zhengda Co. has successfully performed project management and supervision for dozens of items whose investment being supervised amount to RMB 42.53 hundred million Yuan. Among those items, there are nearly 30 chemical or petrochemical projects, and more than 10 items of such kind are above second class chemical projects. Under the management & supervision services offered by the company, there are 17 items are awarded as superior projects, for example, Formic Acid Unit of Jinan Petrochemical Co. won Superior Project Prize approved by Chemical Industry Ministry.

A manager responsibility system under the leadership of directorate is executed inside Zhengda Co.. There are regular departments with clear function, such as project supervision department, technical quality insurance department, personal administration department, market department, financial department as well as director office.

Now Zhengda Co. has about 85 specialists in the fields of chemical process, equipment & machinery, instrumentation, electricity, civil architecture & building, heating & ventilating, water supply & drainage, welding, engineering economy, etc. Among them there are 25 National Certified Supervising Engineer, 2 Certified Supervising Engineer in chemical industry and 4 national budget engineer as well, so the company can undertake various supervision tasks

The registered capital of the company accounts to one million RMB Yuan.  The fixed capital is about 2.6 million RMB Yuan. The company has perfect equipments for transportation, communication, measurement and detection, such as 2 vehicles, 26 sets of computer, radiographic inspectors, ultrasonic detectors, varnish film thickness indicators and metal thickness indicators, etc.
